The producers of jTBC’s Queen Insoo announced that they will add 10 more episodes to the Korean drama.
They felt that due to the drama’s focus on telling the stories of all the main characters, they believe 50 episodes won’t be able to best finish the storyline. They added 10 more episodes would make the series more natural and would make the storyline more lovable.
Producers assured viewers that thanks to the additional 10 episodes, the drama will be better able to illustrate all of the events that led up to Queen Insoo’s last breath.
The producers also said that the maturation process of Queen Insoo’s grandson, Yeonsan, will be explained in much greater detail thanks to the additional episodes.
All of the staff members as well as cast members agreed to help produce the additional 10 episodes without hesitation.
