Singer BoA reveals the reason why she gave up going to college.
BoA appeared on the May 29th broadcast of KBS 2TV‘s ‘Win Win‘ and disclosed that she didn’t feel the need to go to college.
BoA said, “I finished the entrance examinations for secondary school one year. Since then, I came to have an extreme amount of schedules.”
She continued, “I have no regrets about not going to college. In exchange, I gained the title of ‘BoA.’”
BoA expressed her own opinions, “It’s my job to do what I want to do and receive love from everyone. I am grateful for such a job.”
She stated straight out, “Even if I had gone to college, I would have been a ghost student. While I lived a singer’s life, I thought whether it was necessary to have the college title. Because of my own conscience, I gave up going to college in a decisive manner.”
‘Win Win’ MC Tak Jae Hoon then made everyone laugh when he said in response to BoA’s forgoing of college, “Then, I recommend you go to an elders’ college after.”
