The Korea National Tourism Organization recently conducted a poll on their tourist site with the question, “Who is your favorite K-Pop male and female bands?
Unsurprisingly, the French fans chose Big Bang as their favorite male band with a whopping 49.9% rating and 2NE1 as their favorite female band with an even more impressive 64.8% rating. There were a total of about 3775 French fans total who voted.
The other group rankings were: Super Junior (45%), SHINee (35.5%), B2ST (33.8%), 2PM (24.2%) for boy groups, and Girls’ Generation (45.4%), miss A (31.5%), f(x) (29.4%), and T-ara (25.9%) for the female groups.
There was also a ranking for solo artists where Rain won with 33.2% of the votes and IU with 54.2% of the votes.
