Hong Seok-cheon has expressed his complaints about dating publicly.
Recently, Hong Seok-cheon appeared on a broadcast of JTBC‘s “Park Gyeongrim’s Oh! Happy Day,” where he discussed difficulties arising from his public discussion of his boyfriend, who is currently in his 20s.
Hong Seok-cheon recently admitted on a broadcast that he was dating a younger man, who was currently in his 20s. However, he confessed that after the broadcast, some difficulties had arisen in their relationship.
“He has received a lot of attention as a result of the publicity, and has had to go around hidden. It’s been difficult,” Hong Seok-cheon said, and followed up by saying, “It’s made all of us very worried.”
He also added, “We even considered breaking up, but became interested again, which gave us a lot of stress.”
Hong Seok-cheon finished by saying, “It seems that we have to go back and forth between this and a hyung-dongsaeng relationship,” and added, “Because our country still overlooks homosexuality, and because of assumptions about same-sex love, our relationship has a lot of limitations,” revealing his upset mind.
