On the very first episode of Kangta’s new cooking show, ‘Kangta’s Pasta e Basta,’ singer Baek Ji Young recommended that Kangta go public with his next relationship.
Baek Ji Young was the first person to guest on Kangta’s new cooking show. The two are both coaches on Mnet’s ‘Voice Korea‘ and are close friends even outside of work.
While eating a delicious meal of pasta that Kangta made, the two revealed their thoughts and opinions about relationships.
Baek Ji Young offered her advice to Kangta saying,
“You need to find someone to eat the meals that you cook. Why don’t you have a girlfriend yet?”
Kangta replied with,
“I go all out in relationships, but before I begin a relationship, I am very cautious. I want to be in a relationship publicly, but it’s difficult because I have to think in terms of the other person and her privacy and safety.”
Baek Ji Young offered her point of view from her own relationship with the younger Jung Suk Won. She said,
“There were a lot of people who knew about us so we didn’t really have a choice but to go public with our relationship. But after we revealed that we were dating, everything became much easier and our relationship got better because of it.”
